Stick Mobility is a training system that combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to improve flexibility, strength and coordination. The specially designed sticks allow you to achieve ranges of motion you wouldn’t normally reach, making it a valuable tool for mobility exercises and injury prevention.
