Intramural Volleyball
When:
Recreational: Monday & Thursday (8 – 11pm)
Intermediate: Sunday (4-11pm)
Competitive: Tuesday & Wednesday (8 – 11pm)
Location: Ravens’ Nest / Norm Fenn Gym
Season Length: 7 games
Coed Intramural Volleyball League Rules
All members of all teams must be current Carleton University Students or staff/faculty. Alumni with an active gym membership may also join the league.
Intramural Volleyball Divisions
Recreational
The recreational division is for players who are new to the sport. This is a beginner level in which players with little to no experience can play in.
Intermediate
The intermediate division is for players who have some experience playing volleyball, and understand basic concepts such as setting, blocking and spiking. This league is ideal for players in between recreational, and competitive levels.
Competitive
The competitive division is for players who have expansive experience playing the sport. Ideally, players will have an understanding of playing positions; both offensively and defensively.
