Are you stressed; often feeling rushed and overwhelmed; your mind is constantly spinning; your body feels tight? If so Yin Yoga is what you need. Yin Yoga targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Everything slows down in Yin Yoga as postures are held for long periods (3 to 5 minutes at a time) encouraging slow and safe opening of connective tissue. It is the perfect antidote to student stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga, exercise and sports. You will experience an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. It is an excellent yoga practice for a fast paced busy life and all it takes is 1.5 hours. This class is taught by Kaia.
