From September 6 – 16 drop into any CUFit Group Fitness class for free!
Students, faculty and staff are invited to join in the fun at any of our CUFit Group Fitness with no booking required. Try out an old favourite like kickboxing, spin, yoga or Zumba or try out our new classes like CU Drop-In HITT 45 and CU Drop-In Strong 45.
Please note: Drop-in space is available on a first-come-first-served basis with priority being reserved for members already registered in the classes.
