On Sept. 21, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., the section of pathway from the Andrew Fleck Childcare Centre to the main doors of the Athletics complex will be closed so a crane can be parked in the area. The area will be cordoned off for safety reasons as materials are removed from the roof.
The Athletics Building south side tunnel entrance will be off limits during this time and pedestrians will be redirected. The overhead walkway will be closed during this time, and the doors located underneath the walkway will be blocked off. Individuals can access Athletics, as well as pass between Athletics and the Ice House east of the overhead walkway, as well via the tunnels. Signage indicating alternative access points will be posted.
