General Accountability: This position reports to the Game Day Operations Co-ordinator and is responsible for assisting fans and spectators throughout the venue to provide a positive in game experience for all fans and spectators.

Rate of pay: $15.50/hour

 A Game Day Guest Services Attendant works closely with the Game Day Operations Co-ordinator in all aspects of game day operations and fan experience, including ticket scanning at the entry, setting up for games, managing game day events in the venue (i.e., half-time games), assisting with clean up, among others.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Anticipate fans’ needs and offer assistance in any way you can
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for all fans by understanding and using established processes and rules
  • Be knowledgeable on the venue (i.e., the Ravens Nest/Alumni Hall) and where things are in order to help fan
  • Monitor that all fans and spectators are following COVID-19 protocols
  • Other duties as assigned to deliver the best fan experience possible
