Please be advised that Carleton University will be requiring proof of full vaccination for children aged 5 to 11 commencing March 14, 2022.

Mandatory vaccination requirements have been in place for all community members 12 years of age and older since September 8, 2021.

In order to comply with the University’s vaccination requirements, it is recommended that children between ages 5 and 11 receive their first dose by January 3 and their second dose by March 1, 2022.  Full vaccination is considered 14 days after the second dose.

Members of the Carleton community that are already using the cuScreen system are encouraged to continue to do so. Visitors, who are not regular or recurring Carleton Athletics patrons can use their provincial COVID-19 vaccination passport along with government issued photo ID, which includes date of birth, to verify their vaccination status.

Any individual who believes they cannot be vaccinated on medical grounds or other protected grounds recognized by the Ontario Human Rights Code can request an exemption.

Participants under the age of 5 who are not yet eligible to receive their COVID-19 Vaccinations must complete the pre-screening form for their program.
