Biography
Achieving consistency, the most important element of long-term success, can be a different process for everyone. For me, supportive friends and calculated powerlifting programming resulted in a formula for success that stuck even beyond powerlifting training. I’ve applied the same approach to find consistency and results in athleticism, mobility, rehabilitation, muscle growth, and dietary habits.
As a trainer, my target is to achieve the same sustainable success with my clients, irrespective of their fitness goals. I believe the process can be as rewarding as the outcome, and an appropriate combination of guidance, intensity, accountability, and, yes, fun, can help unlock anyone’s full potential.
