Biography

After I stopped playing competitive sports, I was unsure how to stay active. Joining a gym opened my eyes to the incredible benefits of strength training. Meanwhile, my studies in Neuroscience and Mental Health highlighted the bidirectional relationship between mental health and physical wellness. This understanding inspired me to establish a weightlifting club at Carleton University (Girl Gains CU), where I shared this passion with others.

Now, as a Personal Trainer, I not only help individuals achieve their fitness goals but also provide them with the tools they need to maintain an active lifestyle for lifelong mental and physical benefits.
