Hello!
Currently in my third year of studying Government and Policy Law, I’ve managed to balance my academic pursuits with a commitment to personal training.
Fitness has always been a fundamental part of my life, encompassing a wide range of activities from soccer and skiing to swimming, running, and weightlifting. My journey through these sports has led me to become a swim, soccer, and ski instructor, and ultimately, a personal trainer. This journey has revealed that my true passion lies not just in fitness, but in the opportunity to assist and guide others towards achieving their own fitness goals, as I have.
Thanks to my certification in personal training, I’m now poised to apply my extensive experience and knowledge in helping others enhance their strength, build muscle, reduce fat, improve flexibility, and prepare for specific sports in a way that is both healthy and sustainable. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you in reaching your fitness milestones through customized programming and effective coaching.
